We were engaged by the CEO of Atlantic Healthcare to undertake a audit of their IT systems and infrastructure as part of their planning to eventually list the company on the AIM. 

We undertook interviews with the key staff within the organisation as well as with their IT suppliers. We then made a series of recommendations to the CEO on the way forward both in the short term as well as options for future developments as the organisation grows.
