Frontier Economics

Now one of the largest economic consultancies in Europe, Frontier Economics was started  in 1999 wanting to do things differently. Owned entirely by the staff, the business attracts the best people and the most interesting work. 

We were first introduced to Frontier Economics when they asked us to undertake a review their IT systems, Security and IT organisation. We worked with their IT manager to audit their complete IT set up and discuss IT performance with key stakeholders and IT users.

We developed short report with key findings to help the IT Manager and the board identify key next steps to improve the IT within the organisation including quick wins and more large scale transformation work.

We were then asked by the board to develop an IT Strategy for the organisation with potential costs and benefits and to develop the IT workstreams and organsational structures to deliver the IT changes required. 

We were also asked to provide on-going mentoring and coaching for the IT organsation.
