Ashe Construction

Founded in 1972 Ashe manages the design and construction of buildings for public and private sector clients. From their office based in Hertfordshire they serve a great diversity of markets and industries with schemes which require new construction, internal and external refurbishment, alterations and fit outs.

We were contacted by Ashe Construction when they had concerns about the IT security and the quality of their infrastructure after receiving a security survey report from an IT services company.

We initially undertook a surveyy of their IT infrastructure, systems and IT support organsation providing feedback to the CEO on our findings which highlighted the poor state of their IT set up.

We then developed an IT Strategy for the organisation which enabled a much more flexible way of working which allowed the users to share office space and IT hardware. With the rapid growth the organisation, this allowed them to avoid moving to new offices at significant cost of developing new facilities for themselves.

We then developed an invitation to tender for a new IT Services provider and worked with the CEO and others to find the right partner to assist them to move to a more secure and flexible IT set up for the organsation.
